38 family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH) workforce members came together for the 2022 East Africa Learning Circles cohort. Through structured group dialogues, they shared and learned from each other’s practical experiences, on what works and what doesn’t in improving FP/RH access and use.

On January 25, Knowledge SUCCESS hosted “Advancing Self-Care in Asia: Insights, Experiences, and Lessons Learned,” a panel conversation featuring experts from India, Pakistan, Nepal, and West Africa. The speakers discussed the feasibility and future of self-care for family planning (FP) in Asia and lessons learned from program experiences in West Africa.

Prompted by a “Fail Fest” session at the 2022 International Conference on Family Planning, Youth Leader Joy Munthali offers her recommendations on how donors can create safe spaces for young people or youth-led organizations to openly share their experiences of learning from failure without hurting their reputation.

In a July 2022 post about the NextGen RH Community of Practice (CoP), the authors announced the structure of the platform, its advisory committee members, and its new design process. This blog post will cover major structural advancements the team is making to ensure the successful recruitment and retention of future members.
