Social and Behavior Change for Family Planning Collection—Now Live!
Breakthrough ACTION + RESEARCH has launched a new resource collection and accompanying catalog. They showcase more than one hundred social and behavior change (SBC) for family planning (FP) resources for planners, designers, implementers, donors, and other users to inform innovative, evidence-based, and impactful interventions.
Why Is This Collection Needed?
Do you use SBC in your FP programming? Do you often struggle to find the latest tools and guidance in implementing SBC for FP? Could you use some help advocating for investment in SBC for FP programs? If you answered yes to any of these questions, the SBC for FP resource collection is for you!
In our current landscape, finding the specific information we need can be challenging. There is often so much information available from different sources, and it is not always synthesized, accessible, or user-friendly. For this reason, Breakthrough ACTION + RESEARCH produced a new resource collection specific to using SBC in FP programming.
How the Collection Was Developed
Over the last five years, Breakthrough ACTION + RESEARCH have produced over a hundred resources on SBC for FP in multiple languages and on a range of topics, including:
- Service delivery.
- Provider behavior change.
- Male engagement.
- Addressing the needs of youth.
- Measurement and costing.
They compiled all of these resources into a collection for programmers, designers, advocates, governments, and others working on SBC for FP programming.
