Sample Needs Assessment Report: Ouagadougou Partnership

This is a sample needs assessment conducted for the Ouagadougou Partnership, a coalition of government officials, religious leaders, civil society members, and youth representatives from nine countries—Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, and Togo—working in collaboration with donors to improve family planning outcomes in the region.

The report presents the analysis and recommendations from both an online survey and key informant interviews conducted with members of the partnership—including donors, government officials, implementing partners, private sector representatives, and civil society—to better understand their knowledge management (KM) and information and communications technology (ICT) needs, especially regarding coordination and communication .
