How is behavioral science relevant for KM? In this module, learn how people typically make decisions and how to apply that knowledge for better KM.
Behavioral science is not one discipline but draws upon multiple, including: cognitive psychology, social psychology, sociology, anthropology, consumer behavior, and behavioral economics. It is the scientific approach to understanding human behavior through the process of both observation and experimentation. This module will help learners understand how decision making can be relevant to KM and how to leverage behavioral science for improved KM behaviors by using tools, such as the EAST framework.
