This year\u2019s conference, which includes a new online program (ICFP Live) that is free to anyone, promises to bring even more opportunities for people to share, learn, and collaborate. Knowledge SUCCESS champions knowledge management (KM) at ICFP2022 through our sessions and in working with others to document their ICFP2022 tracks and share resources.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Our presence at ICFP will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partnering with the IBP Network\u2019s Program Implementation Track on two <a href=\"https:\/\/icfp2022.org\/precon\/ibp-track-program-implementation\/\">pre-conference events<\/a> and two knowledge cafe sessions (one in <a href=\"https:\/\/icfp2022.dryfta.com\/program-schedule\/program\/553\/recursos-y-herramientas-de-pf-sr-para-y-desde-america-latina-y-el-caribe-fp-rh-resources-and-tools-for-and-from-latin-america-and-the-caribbean-ressources-et-outils-de-pf-sr-pour-et-par-l-amerique-latine-et-les-caraibes\">Spanish<\/a> and one in <a href=\"https:\/\/icfp2022.dryfta.com\/program-schedule\/program\/730\/outils-et-ressources-en-francais-pour-les-professionnels-de-la-pf-sr-la-gestion-des-connaissances-pour-la-pf-en-pratique-tools-and-resources-for-fp-rh-professionals-in-french-knowledge-management-for-fp-in-practice\">Fran\u00e7ais<\/a>)\u2014all of which encourage the documentation of program experiences and the use of new tools to strengthen our programs.\n<ul>\n<li>Find great resources from the ICFP Program Implementation Track sessions on FP insight, including a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpinsight.org\/collection\/63625de67aee47000817d187\">Fran\u00e7ais<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpinsight.org\/collection\/633af7acfa148f00094f3272\">Spanish<\/a> collection highlighting the tools from the knowledge cafe sessions, and two collections amplifying resources shared at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpinsight.org\/collection\/635f7a2c55ee840008d884ef\">morning<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpinsight.org\/collection\/63606214d707910008f1715d\">afternoon<\/a> pre-conference events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Coordinating a series of FP insight collections to more easily share the latest resources and tools for each session in the <a href=\"https:\/\/icfp2022.org\/program-implementation\/\">IBP Program Implementation Track<\/a>. <b>Tip:<\/b> <i>Use the search bar on FP insight and search collections with the words \u201cIBP Track\u201d to find the full list of resources.<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Hosting an invited session\u2014\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/icfp2022.dryfta.com\/program-schedule\/program\/660\/oops-ah-ha-learning-from-failures-in-fp-program-implementation-oups-ah-ha-apprendre-des-quot-echecs-quot-dans-la-mise-en-oeuvre-des-programmes-de-pf\">Oops! Ah-ha! Sharing your experience with other conference-goers is not just a good way to network, but it helps others improve their programs. And keep in mind that sharing our failures is just as important\u2014or perhaps even <i>Suite<\/i> important\u2014than talking about our successes.<\/li>\n<li><b>Use a common platform. <\/b>There is a flurry of activity at ICFP2022, and it is impossible to remember every resource you come across. However, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpinsight.org\/\">FP insight<\/a> tool can help your KM efforts. Creating a collection on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpinsight.org\/\">FP insight<\/a> is a great way to make sure you can save the resources for future reference (because no one has time to read everything during ICFP!) and to share with your colleagues. You can even collaborate on a collection with others attending the conference! Are you presenting your work at ICFP? Help amplify the resources from your session to the broader FP\/RH community by sharing them in an FP insight collection!
