It includes activities that:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">help information flow between people, organizations, and countries so that they can share experiences and expertise,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">present information in ways that are easy for people to access, understand and apply to their context,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">nurture lasting practices of learning and sharing that are authentic to where people are.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When global health workforce members share what they know, and can find what they need, programs are able to reach their full potential and avoid repeating costly mistakes.
